About Eric
Eric Schroeder, co-owner and co-founder of Valiant Support Services, has a combined 10 years of logistics and engineering experience in both the private and public sectors. He began his career as the operations manager for Castlebridge Energy Group, a natural gas and electric supply company, where he was responsible for all of the day to day operations of the natural gas division of the company as well as forecasting, scheduling the purchase of power and creating business processes for the electric division. Eric has held various business, logistics, and engineering positions at Lockheed Martin, Mantech International, and Oceaneering International. In these positions, he has had extensive experience with inventory management, supply support, sustainment operations and data analysis. Along with this, Eric has been able to gain a thorough understanding of financial modeling, market analysis, and life cycle logistics. Additionally, Eric also serves as an Engineering Staff Officer in the Maryland Air National Guard, supporting Major Commands and Numbered Air Force staffs for command and control of engineer forces, fire protection management, engineering projects and technical assistance. Eric grew up in Severna Park, Maryland and attended Mount Saint Joseph High School in Baltimore. After high school, Eric attended Loyola University Maryland where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
